Justification of the Project
Why did you choose this project? Why do you think it is revelant?


o   We really like eating sweets and we think that would be very interesting the process of learning how to cook them.
o   We think it would be very important to know how to continue a process of something, in our case, the process of learning how to cook a dessert. When we are teachers, we need to be able to carry out many activities, which will be slow in process and we will have to do it step by step
o   By this learning we could also learn to communicate in a clear way with our partners, because the three of us have to be part of the project.
o   People of our environment can help us during this process.

o   Being good cookers/bakers.
o   Learn through different resources.
o   Being good communicators with our partners and also with people in general.
o   To know to transmit interest and motivation of our project to other people.
o   Being natural, without stress and nerves.
o   Enjoy what we do.
o   Being able to confront possible problems.

o   As a group we will communicate by whatsapp, email and face to face.

o   We will try to balance the work and all of us work hard.
o   If a member doesn`t work we will speak with her and if she continues like that, we will expel her from de group.
o   If a member doesn`t go to class, we will speak with her to tell what she has to do.

o   We will meet our coach at class or by e-mail.

Meeting up in non-contact hours (at least four or more hours per week if it is needed)
We  have a meeting every time in non-contact hours to talk about the project. If one member of the group can not come she tell us before of time and she does her work at home. We all decide where is the best place to meet, thinking on the difficulties of each other

The information we have found is really useful and functional and has been found by different resources like: videos, the people around us, books, internet… All the information we bring to class has to be worked before.

·         WEEK 1: we will clarify our tasks, which person will teach us doing each dessert and when are going to be done. Besides, we will do the rubrics of decisions and responsibilities in order to know what we have to do and which will be our commitments. We will decide which will be our tool to put there the information and then we will open it.
·         WEEK 2: we will search for information about recipes in different resources, such as books, the internet… Once we have that, we will compare all the information and get the most important and useful one. We will talk with our “teachers” and explain which will be their role. Finally, we will decide which will be our work places, as a group and alone.
·         WEEK 3: we will prove ourselves in order to know which our level of cooking is and we will try to make a dessert alone, only with the knowledge we have. We will share that experience with the rest of the group, to know which have been our difficulties and strongest points and give clues to each other.
·         WEEKS 4 -16: during these weeks, we will meet with our “teachers” in order to learn how to make these desserts. First of all, we will see how they make each dessert and if we have doubts, ask them. Secondly, we will try to follow the same steps as our “teacher`s” and finally, we will make them more than once until we learn how to do them properly. In the case, we take the information from the internet or books, we should read the recipe many times and if we do not understand, look for a tutorial in YouTube, for example. We will meet in non-contact hours to know how the process goes and then to make a dessert among us. Like that, we will learn how to make it as a group which it is also important.
·         WEEK 17: we will share our experiences with the group and the videos we have recorded. We will explain which have been our strengths and weaknesses and how we solved them. We will be completing the wiki, where we will put all we have learnt, the recipes, some videos…
·         WEEK 18: we will see if we have fulfilled the responsibilities and the decisions we have took and if they have been difficult to respect and carry out. We will continue completing the wiki and writing more information.
·         WEEK 19: we will finish with the wiki, we will make some desserts and carry them to class in order to taste them.
·         WEEK 20: we will present our project.
