Rice pudding: a delicious and traditional dessert very easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • Rice (one little cup of coffee)
  • 1 litre of milk
  • 1 piece of cinnamon
  • 1 piece of lemon peel
  • 2/3 spoonfuls of sugar
How to make it:

1. First, take a pot and pour there the litre of milk. 
2. Then, wash the rice and throw it to the pot; do the same with the lemon peel and finally throw the piece of cinnamon. 
3. Put it on a fast burn and start stiring all the ingredients. 
4. When it starts boiling, put it on a slower burn and count 30 minutes. You have to be almost all the time stiring the ingredients, because otherwise, the rice can be stuck on the pot. 
5. When there are only 5 minutes until the process ends, throw the sugar and stir everything. 
6. Finally, take out the cinnamon and the lemon peel and, if you want, throw the milk rice to other pan.




You have finished your dessert and now it is time to taste it. We are sure it has been a success!!


Cheese cake: many people like this dessert, so we want to show you how to make it. We have found two different recipes at the time of making this delicious dessert, so enjoy with them!

Cool cheesecake

Ingredients:


  • Biscuits
  • 220 ml of liquid cream
  • 220 g of creamy cheese
  • 120 g of butter
  • 3 thin layers of gelatine
  • Jam
  • Sugar

How to make it:

1. Take a pan and crush there the biscuits until they are almost powder. For that, you can use a mortar or the complement of the mixer which crushes. 
2. On the other hand, the butter has to be out of the fridge for two hours in order to be soft. 
3. When the biscuits are powder, mix them with the butter and make a dough.
4. Then, take the mould you are going to use (preferibly detachable) and spread out there the dough you have made. You have to spread it out very well and see that it is compact, becasuse that is going to be the base of your dessert. 
5. Put the gelatine in a glass of water in order to start hydratating.
6. Throw the liquid crem and the gelatine to an appropiate pan and mix them. 
7. When they are mixed, throw them to glass of the mixer and throw also the creamy cheese and the sugar. Mix everything very well and finally throw this dough to the base of the cake.
8. Put the mould into the fridge for two hours in order to curdle. When you see that the cake is curdled, you can put it out of the fridge and decorate it with jam if you want.






Hot cheesecake

Ingredients for the basis:
  • 90gr of powdered almond
  • 90gr of butter
  • 150gr of Maria cookies


How to make the basis:
  1. Grind all the ingredients and make a dough.
  2. Put the dough into the mould and bake it during 40-45minutes at 120ºC.

Ingredients for the mixture:
  • 600gr of Philadelphia cheese
  • 350ml of liquid cream
  • 250gr of sugar
  • 3 tablespoon of flour
  • 4 eggs


How to make the mixture:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and beat them with the beater.
  2. Put the mixture in the mould with the basis and put it into the oven during 35 minutes at 140ºC.



Your cake is finished and you can share it with anyone who wants to taste it. You will surprise them with the result!!


Three chocolates cake: if you have a sweet tooth, this is your dessert.

Ingredients:


  • 150 gr of black chocolate
  • 150 gr of milk-chocolate
  • 150 gr of white chocolate
  • 750 ml of liquid cream
  • 750 ml of milk
  • 150 gr of sugar
  • Curd
  • Biscuits (Oceanix)
  • Butter

How to make it:

1. You have to make the base for the cake. For that, as for the other cake, you have to crush all the biscuits until they are almost powder. 
2. Melt slowly 60 gr of butter and when it is liquid mix it with the biscuits in order to make the base. It has to be compact and well spread out; if you want the base to be crispy, put it in the oven for few minutes.
3. When the base of the cake is done, it is time to start with the chocolates. You have to make them one by one and the proportions are equivalent for all of them:  150 gr of chocolate, 250 ml of liquid cream,  250 ml of milk, 50 gr of sugar and one curd. The process is the same for the three chocolates, you can start with the black one. 4. For that, take a pot and throw there the 150 gr of black chocolate in order to melt; then, take two pans: in the first one put the cream and the sugar and in the other one the milk with the gelatine. 
5. When everything is mixed, put all the ingredients in the pot of the chocolate and burn it slowly until it starts boiling. It is important to burn it slowly because the gelatine has to curdle.
6. Throw it to the base of your cake and repeat the same process with the milk-chocolate (which will be the next one) and the white chocolate. 
7. While you are making each chocolate, the previous one will be curdling, so when you finish making milk-chocolate throw directly over the black one, but slowly.
8. When you have finished doing the three chocolates, leave the cake outside until it cools down. 
9. Put it into the fridge and leave there until next day. 
10. When it is ready to be eaten, you can decorate it with some sweets or powder cinnamon.





Now, it is time to eat the tasty cake and although the process is a bit long, you will want to make it again and again. Easy!

Butter cookies/biscuits: perfect dessert when you have guests taking coffee!


Ingredients:
  • 250gr of butter
  • 120gr of powdered sugar
  • 500gr of flour
  • 1 egg


How to make it:

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave for some seconds.
  2. Mix the butter with the egg.
  3. Pour the powdered sugar little by little in the mixture made before and mix again. 
  4. Mix all the mixture the flour.
  5. Make an uniform dough and put it into the refrigerator during 30minutes.
  6. Knead the dough with a rolling pin and use some moulds to give different shapes to the cookies or biscuits.
  7. Bake the cookies during 15 minutes at 175ºC.

Chocolate cookies: they are delicious, don´t resist to taste them!


Ingredients


  • 100 ml of liquid cream
  • 75 gr of flour
  • 125 gr of sugar
  • 125 gr of grinded almond
  • Chocolate


How to make it


  1. Take a pan, throw there the cream and the sugar and after mixing them, throw the flour, then the almonds and mix everything well.
  2. Preheat the oven at 180 grades for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a tray and put there the mixture in different piles.
  4. Put the tray into the oven and leave there for 20 minutes.
  5. Put out the try and leave the cookies outside in order to cool down. Finally, melt the chocolate and spread it on the cookies.

Black chocolate truffles: what a sweet and succulent dessert for people with sweet tooth.

Ingredients:
  • 350ml of liquid cream
  • 650gr of black chocolate
  • Cognac


How to make it:
  1. Heat up the liquid cream until it starts boiling. Then move the pot from the fire and add the black chocolate.
  2. Melt the chocolate with the help of a spatula and add the cognac.
  3. Let it cooling in the refrigerator.
  4. Make balls with the chocolate and cover them with black chocolate topping or with cocoa powder.


Yumm! What a sweet treasure!


Creme caramel: a light and delicious dessert, with an easy recipe!

Ingredients:
  • 750ml of milk
  • 7 eggs
  • 150gr of sugar (5 tablespoon) for the mixture
  • 2 tablespoon of sugar for the caramel
  • A bit of water


How to make it:
  1. Put the sugar with a bit of water in a pot and heat up until the caramel is made.
  2. Put the caramel in a mould.
  3. Mix the milk, the eggs and the sugar in a bowl and then put the mixture in the moul with the caramel.
  4. Put the mould into the oven in bain-marie. One hour at 150ºC.


Taste and enjoy this succulent dessert!


Cookies: the perfect dessert to make in family!


Ingredients:


  • 100 gr of warm butter
  • 175 gr of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 200 gr of flour
  • A bit of salt
  • 100 gr of chocolate chips

How to make it:                                  


    1. Mix the butter and the sugar until it is white.
    2. Add the salt and the egg and mix them properly.
    3. Add the flour and mix it to make a dough and add the chocolate chips.      
    4. Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes
    5. Take it out from the fridge
    6. Make balls with the dough and put them on the tray of the oven
    7. Smash them and put more chocolate chips on the smashed dough
    8. Put it in the oven, for 190 degrees about 10 minutes
    9. Let them cooling down.

Now it is the time to enjoy them with all the family!!



Torrijas: feel the perfect combination of milk 

and bread in your mouth


Ingredients:

  • Half a loaf of bread
  • 2l of milk
  • Oil
  • Cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 6 eggs


How to make it: 


  1. Cut the bread in slices.
  2. Spread the bread with sugar, milk and cinamon in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  4. Add the bread to the bowl with the sugar the milk and the cinnamon.                       
  5. When the bread is really wet, drain the bread and mix it with the egg.
  6. Fry the bread.
  7. Add sugar and cinnamon to decorate the dessert.     

Pantxineta: the perfect dessert that will 

surprise yours.


Ingredients:


  • 1 puff bar
  • 1 pack of almonds in sheets
  • ½ l of whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

How to make it: 



  1. Unroll the pastry without taking the role.
  2. Divide the pastry in two parts.
  3. Put parchment paper on the baking tray and add the pastry.
  4. Put the oven for 150 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  5. Let it doing.
  6. When one half is almost done add the almonds.
  7. Mount the cream mixing the cream with the sugar.
  8. Get the pastry of the oven.
  9. Add the cream to the pastry and assemble two parts.
